Contact us as soon as you can.

Contact the insurance company hotline – phone number is on top of your rental papers
Please do not forget to receive a certificate of accident from the police.

 

In case of accident or mechanical failure:
Contact JAF 24h Road Service – membership number and phone number is on top of your rental papers
Contact Tokyo Rentals as soon as possible ; we will assist you all the way and look for local options

In case of an accident you must pay the insurance deductible which varies depending on your motorcycle contract and the optional fee reductions you choose for your motorbike and accessories.  Please just see the Insurance Pages  for details.

Unfortunately  there is no parking available at our rental shop  so please take public transportation. If you are not sure how to get to the shop please call ; the taxi drive from the nearest station is less than 1000 Yen and if we find enough time we may even give you the 5 minutes lift from Seijogakuenmae station to our shop.

In general, no and the motorbike must be returned during business hours. However  if there are motorbike maintenance or return checks going on during the late afternoon or early evening of your return day  in certain cases we may accomodate you – just call in advance and ask.

In general, possible  but it also depends on  whether bike is already reserved by the next customer or not. If so  you may not be able to extend the rental period with that specific bike.

Yes, according to their licenses. They must be at least 21 years old   however there are a few bikes – clearly specified –  which beginners and renters younger than 25 years are not allowed to rent.

No. The bikes come with a full tank of fuel and we expect them back with a full tank. Otherwise, the refueling fee – currently 3000 Yen and depending on actual gas prices – will be charged.

Overtime will be charged as 15% of daily price / per hour up until 6 hours, more than 6 hours overtime will be charged as 1 more rental day. Over kilometers charges for weekend rentals will be charged at 18 Yen / km. Please note that you may be charged a penalty for any extra rental time if you do not notify us in advance  if clients wait for your motorcycle to come back.

Your fee will be charged at the time of departure and must be paid with a shop-accepted credit card. Any overtime, fuel or accident fee will be calculated when you return the rented vehicle. Any NON-Overtime or NON-fuel related charges fees will be charged only after motorbike examination.

There is a 250 km / day limit on the weekend rentals only. All further Rentals have unlimited mileage / no kilometer limit or additional charges.
